30/Jun/2025 - Latest Date to Receive S&P from Developer

Developer has maximum 14 days to send S&P to Purchaser. They usually send out earlier after the Purchaser's booking deposit cheque is cleared.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
21/Jul/2025 - Latest Date for Purchaser to Sign the S&P

To exercise the OTP, Purchaser must sign & return the S&P to the Developer within 21 days of receving them from the Developer.

04/Aug/2025 - Latest Date to Pay Stamp Duty

Stamp Duty must be paid within 14 days of signing the S&P.

 
 
 
 
 
Notes

  • CPF Requires 6-8 weeks to process the application for use of CPF funds. If insufficient time, this needs to be paid in cash.
  • For those that intent to use CPF funds for the 2nd property, they can only do so after setting aside the Basic Retirement Sum (BRS).
